Salford Untold Breakfast Event

Join Salford University for the unveiling of their Social and Economic Impact Report at an event that will celebrate the role of collaboration and partnership in driving forward social, economic and cultural change in our city and beyond.
We’ll hear from the Vice-Chancellor Professor Helen Marshall on how the university are redefining what it means to be a civic university in the 21st century and City Mayor of Salford Paul Dennett will talk about the role of social value in Salford one year on the from the launch of the 10% better campaign.
Following this, there will be a panel discussion with key anchor institutions from across the city.

Adrian Mills, General Manager of BBC North, and Chris Burke, Executive Director of Salford-based Morson Projects, will join Helen Marshall and Paul Dennett for a conversation on how large organisations can work together to regenerate, redefine and reinvigorate the communities around them and drive forward progress.

This discussion will be chaired by University Chancellor and Scottish Makar Jackie Kay and attendees will be encouraged to have their say.

Tea, coffee and breakfast will be served and there will be an opportunity for networking.
