On behalf of Swinton Running Club, I, Ian Cronshaw, Club Treasurer, pledge that we will contribute to the Salford campaign and make 10% improvements in the following ways:

• We will, through our active team of volunteers, promote the sport of running to the people of Salford, through a friendly and supportive environment. We will promote the benefits of regular outdoor exercise to physical and mental wellbeing, and as an active travel option. We will contribute to the continued use of Salford’s green spaces through our programme of events.

Our pledge will contribute to improving the following outcomes for the City of Salford:

• More volunteering
• More Salford people saying that they have good wellbeing
• More use of parks and green spaces
• More green travel – buses, trams, trains, bikes, lift shares, electric vehicles, walking etc
